I spent almost a month living and working in Wentworth Falls, Blue Mountains, NSW, culminating in displaying my research in LOAF gallery, as part of the residency.

Making work before I arrived

Recording Photographic Memory

Using only my pinhole camera, and wherever possible collecting plant and organic matter while walking around the site, walking towards the space, researching different plant development and fixing with salt and traditional fixer. People in the community with access to garden materials also supplied a generous bundle of plant material for continuing research.

I had direct positive paper which is easily identifiable due to its extremely glossy surface and two other papers which were received without identifying labels. One just developed towards the yellow/brown regardless.
